Around the World Cuisine with Foil

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup refined white oil
- 1 cup grated jaggery
- 1 cup thick curd
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Whisk all the wet ingredients till mixed very well. Add in the below dry ingredients.
- 1-3/4 cup refined flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp elaichi powder
- 3 tbsp coconut powder
Instructions
Whisk till you get a smooth lump-free batter.
Pour into 6 Freshwrapp containers
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes or till a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Poke multiple holes in the cake while it is hot.
Spoon over 3-4 tablespoons of coconut milk.
Using Freshwrapp Aluminium foil, make a packet.
Add in 3 tbsp of pistachios. Fold over the packet
Bake at 160C for 10-12 minutes
Cool and chop the toasted nuts into pieces.
Whip 150 gms of whipping cream to stiff peaks
Spread on the cakes once cool.
Garnish with modaks, mini chocolate modaks, toasted pistachios and rose petals.
