Ingredients
- Freshwrapp International Aluminium Foil
- Potatoes 3 medium size
- Salt
- Red chilli powder
- Amchur (Dried mango powder)
- Garam masala
- Green chillies
- Ghee
Instructions
Add boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl, further add all the powdered spices, chopped green chillies mix & mash everything properly.
Now take a dough ball, flatten it a bit & apply ghee .. Put this aloo filling over ghee, seal it.. Sprinkle some dry flour & roll using rolling pin.
Cook using ghee/Oil from both sides & enjoy.
